Lucy is a local girl who qualified from Nottingham University in 1994. She then went on to train in General Practice in the UK gaining qualifications in family planning, IUD and implant fitting. She has a special interest in women’s health, particularly contraception and menopause care, completing the FSRH/RCOG advanced menopause care theory course. She also works at Choices.

She is married to Chris, an orthopaedic surgeon, and they have three children and two dogs.
